Sherry L.ashun Ware

Sherry LaShun Ware was born December 1, 1969 to Emerson Ware, Jr and Nina Pearson Ware.

She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Perfect Peace Baptist Church, Alexander City, AL. After graduating from Benjamin Russell High School, Sherry attended both Selma University and Stillman College.

She departed this life on October 22, 2024 at Russell Medical Center, Alexander City, AL.

To know Sherry was to love her, she didn’t meet strangers. She was a person who spoke her mind, then turn around and tell you what the Bible says. One thing we can take comfort in is Sherry is in the hands of the Lord.

Sherry leaves to cherish her memories to her devoted parents, Rev. Emerson Ware, Jr and Nina Ware of Alexander City, AL; Brother, Eric Ware; sister, Rhonda (Iteago) Banks of Alexander City, AL; One uncle, Darrell Ware; 4 aunts: Cynthia Pearson, Yulanda (Bernard) Davis of Detroit, MI; Irene Williams, and Minnie Lee Hardnett; 3 nephews: Jaivan Banks, Treon Banks, & Ryan Banks; 4 nieces: Jerusalem Banks, Arionna Ware, Kahmari Banks, and Kahmya Banks; A special and devoted partner, Greg Paige; A host of other relatives and friends.
