Ms. Twila Russaw Obituary

Ms. Twila Michelle Russaw was born February 24, 1973 to Ms. Delores Pat Russaw and the late Hillmon Young in Alexander City, Alabama.

Twila graduated from Benjamin Russell High School in 1991.  She attended Southern Union Community College later transferring to Lawson State. Twila worked at Wal-Mart for 6 years and Rite Aide for 4 years as a Pharmacy Technician. Also, she was a member of Haven United Methodist Church since childhood.  A true Auburn fan and mother. 

Twila loved her family and friends, she enjoyed watching her son grow into a scholar athlete, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree, working in law enforcement, and a proud (G-Ma) of Demi & DaKota Stacy, her grand babies.

She departed this life on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Russell Medical Center, Alexander City, Alabama.

Twila leaves to cherish her memories: her fiancé, Micheal Perry. Her son, Ronnie Stacy (Ajieuna Jones); grand babies: Demi & Dakota Stacy. Her mother, Delores Pat Russaw.3 sisters: Tracy Williams (Tyler Burnam), Tameka Stone (Calvin Stone), and Bridgett Owens (Derick Owens). 2 brothers: LaMario Russaw (Tameka Hoyett) and Tyron Speer. Special nephew, LaMario Russaw 'Main'. A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
