On January 17, 1972 Stephanie Renea Russell was born to the late Hezzie Russell and the late Mamie Russell.
She confessed her life to Christ in her early years and became a member of Mt. Zion West Missionary Baptist Church. She was a kind generous, funny, and loving woman who always kept a smile on her face.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Keith Earl Russell.
On Thursday, August 29, 2024, Stephanie peacefully transitioned while at home surrounded by her family.
Stephanie’s precious memories will forever be in the hearts of all her love ones whom she loved and who loved her deeply.
She is survived by her daughter, Persephonie Myesha Russell, three grandchildren: Earllundria Y’Dria Price, Mi’Kylen O’Neal Carter, Kumoski Jah’Mir Ford; Eight siblings: Reverend William L. (Ella) Russell; Ella M, Russell; Angela Russell Bradford; Debra A. (Bernard) Turner; Melissa (Clarence) Thomas; Carl F. Russell , Sr.; Brita King all of Alexander City, Alabama and Gerald J. (Towanda) Russell Sr. of Columbus, Georgia, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
