Patricia Ann Taylor Norris was born April 18, 1960 to the late Mr. Eugene Taylor and Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Lauderdale Taylor in Clay County. Mrs. Patricia Ann Norris joined Pleasant Home Baptist church at an early age and later joined Paradise Mission Worship Center as a adult she gave her life to Christ.
She was a dietary aide at the VA for many years
She departed this life on September 9th 2023 at Grandview Medical Center Hospital in Birmingham, AL. She fell in love and married Mr. Ronnie Norris at a young age on June 16, 1977. They were married forty six years and to this union 3 children were born..
She was preceded in death by her parents the late Eugene Taylor and Sarah Elizabeth Lauderdale Taylor; siblings: Thomas (Nancy) Taylor and Charlie Taylor; her grand parents: Harvey (Hosie) Lauderdale & Maybelle Taylor
She was a sweet loving, caring, and humble woman, who always had a smile on her face. She was very family oriented and loved to laugh. Patricia was very spiritual and a true woman of God who loved to pray. She fought until the end and never gave up, the definition of a strong woman.
Mrs. Patricia Ann Norris leaves to cherish memories a loving husband Mr. Ronnie Norris of Goodwater, AL. Three loving children: Tabbie A. (David) Peebles of Cincinnati, OH, Reginald L. Norris of San Antonio, TX, & Shandrea J. Norris of Goodwater, AL; Two siblings: Gertie Mae (Ralph) Oliver & Bessie (Samuel) Barclay both of Goodwater, AL; sister in law, Etta Taylor of Sylacauga, AL; Two grandchildren: Dalandus Q. Ivery & Makayla Norris; One great grandchild Zuri A. Ivery; One God mother Annie McKinney of Goodwater, AL; Special Friends: Audrey Kelley And Mary Lee Graham; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
