Linda Sue, 45, died April 23, 2021, at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama after a courageous battle with cancer.
Linda was born on April 10, 1976, in Alexander City, AL. She was born to the parents of Mary Ann Wallace and Eddie C. Marbury. She graduated from Benjamin Russell High School.
Linda met Louis Cochran. They were joined in Holy Matrimony on April 10, 2017.
Linda was a faithful member of Reaching The World Bible Church for twelve years. She volunteered her time to work with the Praise Team, Mass Choir, taught Vacation Bible School for the youths, and was the director of the youth choir.
She enjoyed working at Blue Bell Creameries for many years until her health would not allow her to. She enjoyed fitness activities as well. But most of all, Linda really enjoyed spending time with her family.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her husband, Louis Cochran, her mother, Mary Ann Wallace, her dad, Eddie C. (Linda) Marbury, two sons: William Christopher Thompson II and Bakari Borden, Jr. five sisters: Vanessa Edwards, Erica (James) Lucius, Torre (Alexander) Graham, Sandra (Devarskie) Flowers, and Tonya (NaComa) Norris; four brothers: Johnny B. (Tamela) Edwards, Bernard Heard, Frendsedrick Thomas, and Eric Matthews; grandmother: Willie Mae Edwards, three special nieces: Jasmine Edwards, JaLynda Edwards, and JaNauitca Martin, and host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
