Mr. Ocie Louis Williams was born on March 13, 1956 to the late Mr. Otis Phillips and Lillie Williams in Goodwater,  Alabama.

Ocie departed this life on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his memories a sister, Johnnie Mae Powell and a brother, Sammy (Ida) Ransaw.  A host of other relatives and friends.
