Mr. Norvell Kelly, Jr was born on November 17, 1963 to Mr. Primus Novell Kelly, Sr. and the late Mrs. Annie Odell Fuller Kelly.

Norvell confessed Christ at an early age and joined Pleasant Home Baptist Church.

Norvell departed this life on Saturday, November 26, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his mother Mrs. Annie Odell Kelly and 2 sisters: Cynthia Marbury and Margarita Kelly..

He leaves to cherish  his memories: his father, Mr. Primus Norvell Kelly, Sr. A brother, Jeffery Kelly; three sisters: Kathy (Alton Williams); Carol (Johnny) Wood and Lesia (Bruce) Holden. 4 children: Quentin Buckner, Delicia (Kevin) Davis; Starvose Edwards, Shakaila Jones.  11 grandkids. A host of nieces, nephews,  other relatives and friends
