Gone Too Soon
Myrail Kevon Orr was born on October 23, 2000, to Crystal Jackson and Kermit Bernard Orr. Myrail joined Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. He attended Central High School. After school, Myrail attended Job Corp. He lived in Goodwater with his grandparents and worked various jobs in the surrounding area.
Myrail had a close circle of friends that he loved dearly. He spent his days with his grandmother, cousins, aunt, uncle, and a small group of friends. We saw his funny, silly side that most people never saw. Myrail was quiet and kept to himself, but his true personality came through when he was with those that loved him most. Myrail was fun-spirited, easy going, and always responded to his elders with yes ma’am and yes sir. He was always respectful.
Myrail was preceded in death by his mother, Crystal Jackson, and his grandfather, Kermit G. Orr, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory: his paternal grandmother and guardian, Margaret Orr; his father, Kermit B. Orr; his maternal grandmother, Linda Jackson; two sisters, Mia Grace Orr and Shontravius Leshay Jackson Smoot, and one brother, Jacquavian Orr. The memory of Myrail will rest in the heart of his Aunt Vonda, Uncle Tony, and first cousins Corey Lewis, Chase Lewis, and Amari Farrar.
Myrail had a special bond with his cousin, Chase. They spent many hours talking, texting, and confiding in one another over the years. In addition to his immediate family, Myrail’s memory will be cherished by several other cousins, cousin-in-laws, aunts, uncles, school friends, and a special friend, Sheniece Cook.
