Morgan truly enjoyed Sunday School, Church, Alabama Football, Basketball and Billiards when he could play. In his adult life, he joined Miracle Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Eddie L. Hunter and present Pastor Trent Williams. There he was a faithful member until is death.
