Mr. Matthews (Buddy) Patterson, Sr.

MR. MATTHEW (BUDDY) PATTERSON, SR. WAS BORN January 6, 1927 in Coosa County Alabama.  He was the son of the late Mr. Sylvester Sr. and  Mrs. Mollie Goggans Patterson.

He retired from Avondale Company, m Rockford, Alabama.  Matthews was of the Baptist Faith..

He departed this life on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Russell Medical Center, Alexander City, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his children: Sarah Frank Hannon and Winston Patterson.

Mr. Patterson leaves to cherish his memories, his children: Matthews Patterson, Jr. and Martha Patterson of Youngstown, Ohio; Anita Patterson of Rockford, Alabama.  Frances Patterson of Sylacauga, Alabama; Mary Ann Morris and Geraldine Robinson (Robert) of Columbus, Ohio; and Katherine Wilson (George)  of GA; and a host of grandkids, great grandkids; and great-great grandkids.  He was the last of 14 siblings.
