On November 27, 1998, God entrusted Christopher and Tamica Holtzclaw to nurture and love a gift he had given a son, Malik Ishmael Holtzclaw. Malik was our gift and we loved him dearly.
On May 05, 2022 this time came to an end.
Malik had accepted Christ at an early age and joined Macedonia Baptist Church.
Malik had lived a life with a smile that brighten people day. He was loving and one who had funny things to say. He made an impact on every one he came in contact with.
Malik is preceded in death by his great grandmothers: Mattie P. Hoyett, Annie Odell Kelly, and Virgiree Holtzclaw and his grandmother Sarahann Leonard Holtzclaw.
He leaves to mourn his home going and cherish his memories to his One son, Braxton Tuck; loving parents: Mr. Christopher Dewayne Holtzclaw and Mrs. Tamica Holtzclaw of Goodwater, AL; grandfather, Jeffery Kelly; grandmother, Morris Ann Kelly; great grandfather, Primus Kelly of Goodwater, AL; two sisters: Sherronica Holtzclaw and Porsha (Toviris) Rook; four brothers: Hakeem Holtzclaw of Savannah, GA, Jamaury Stone (Whitley) of Bessemer, AL, Jacary Stone, and Gabe Galloway of Sylacauga, AL. Nine nieces and nephews. Two special nephews: Jaiven and Karson; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. A special friend who is carrying his kids, Miss Miranda McKinney.
Family was important and Malik had special people that he shared a different relationship with Sherry, Carol, Lesia, Kathy, Arion, and Erron.
