Mr. Earnest Lewis Crayton, Jr. was born September 20, 1979 in Tallapoosa County Alabama to Mr. Earnest Crayton, Sr. And Mrs. Patricia Crayton of Jacksons Gap, Alabama.

Earnest departed this life on December 30, 2021 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. Ulsy and Mrs. Frances Sheeley, Mr. Earnest and Mrs. Emma Crayton.  Three aunts: Josephine McFarley, Jeanette Sheeley and Annie Ruth Crayton.  One brother, Rodercus Lockhart.

Earnest Jr., was educated in the Dadeville School System, Dadeville, Alabama.

Big E leaves to cherish his greatest memories to his wife, Lakesha Crayton. Two sons:  Caleb and Kingston Crayton of Jacksons Gap, Alabama. His parents: Patricia (Earnest) Crayton of Jacksons Gap, Alabama.  Two brothers: Damian (La’tonzia) Sheeley of Beaverton, Oregon & Maurice (Chineka) Lockhart of Dadeville,  Alabama. One sister , Qanika Kelley of Jacksons Gap, Alabama.  Six uncles: Calvin (Janice) Sheeley of Birmingham, Alabama; Eric (Kathleen) Sheeley of Lincoln, Alabama; Willie Cee (Brenda) Crayton of Dadeville, Alabama; Emerson (Barbara) Crayton of Dadeville, Alabama; Henry (Nelba) Crayton of Camp Hill, Alabama, and  James Crayton of Boston, MA.  Two aunts: Priscilla (Calvin) Lee of Dadeville, Alabama and Doris (Jack) Gross of Dadeville, Alabama.  A Mother-in-law, LaDonna Murphy of Goodwater, Alabama. A father-in-law, Reginald ( Beverly) Hutchins of Alexander City, Alabama.  A special aunt, Peggy Shealey of Goodwater, Alabama. A  host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and a special teacher, Gloria Farrow of Camp Hill, Alabama
