Mr. Arthur Malone

Mr. Arthur Malone was born In Gary, Indiana to the late Mr. Nathaniel Malone, Sr. and Marie Burns Malone.

Arthur worked at Russell Corporation, Mill #6 for over 31 years where he later retired. He loved being outdoors and playing sports. At one point, he even played softball for Russell Corporation. He had an amazing "green thumb" and enjoyed growing various flowers and vegetables. He was a "die-heart" Alabama fan and loved just hanging out with family and friends.

Arthur was preceded in death by his parents; Brothers: Henry Lewis Malone, Joseph Malone, and Albert Malone; Sisters: Charlie Lee Williams and Marie A. Malone.

Survivors include his wife of over 45 years, Bessie L. Malone; Son, Tremayne (Amanda) McKenzie; Daughters: Miranda (Timothy) Strong, Shemikia (Marlin) Vaughn, Shenikia (Tavia) Craig, and Evetta Hoyett; Brothers: Nathaniel (Juanita) Malone, Jr., Oliver Malone, Sr., Robert (Juanita) Malone, and Michael Malone; Sisters: Nicra Miller and Marilyn Thomas; Grandchildren: Diamone, DeMarkus, Quintre, Mylasia, Mason, Jasmine, Josalyn, Keilan, Jauwon, Taviaunna, JaBarr, Kaylee, Mariah, and Armani. Great Grandchildren: Kennedi, Kyvia, Reighlyn, Alexus, Aviaunna, and Ahmad; A host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and other family members; Special friends: Jackie Lashley, Thomas McDaniel, Jessie Shurman, Jason Lockett, and David Brown.
