Miss ChanTelle Leonard Obituary

Life’s Beginning:

ChanTelle Sadie Leonard, who we affectionately called “CeCe” was born July 15, 1997, in Cleveland, Ohio as a bundle of joy to Stephanie B. Godfrey and Cedric Leonard. She graduated from high school in 2015, after which she furthered her education in the automotive industry. She attended the Automotive Training School in Atlanta, Georgia, where she became the first female to be accepted. Later she attended NAPA City of Refuge in Atlanta, Georgia where she received automotive certification and a job offer to Honda. She furthered her education and was accepted to attend Nascar Automotive in Orlando, Florida.

Life’s Salvation & Purpose:

While enjoying the love of God, ChanTelle accepted Christ at an early age.  She joined Changing a Generation Full Gosper Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop Paul Morton in Atlanta, Georgia.

Life’s Appreciation:

From childhood, ChanTelle enjoyed helping other.  As an adult she had a mission to help the less fortunate in every way she could, and she continually spoke to others about the importance of helping others.  Personally, she truly loved working in the automotive industry repairing cars and such. She always spoke that with God we can do all things.

Life’s End:

On Saturday, February 18, 2023, God called his beautiful angel home to rest in eternal peace.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Archie and Mattie Leonard, Gladys Navies (Faye Faye), several Lakeview family members and her father, Cedric Leonard.
