Marian Yvette (Brooks) Zachery was born in Alexander City, AL on August 28, 1962 to the late Mr. Willie Frank Brooks, Sr. and Mrs. Geraldine Piner Brooks.
Yvette graduated from Benjamin Russell High School in 1980. She was a member of Jehovah Jireh Ministries under the leadership of Dr. Roderick W. Williams. She served as an Usher while attending faithfully.
Yvette was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Willie Frank Brooks, Sr. and Mrs. Geraldine P. Brooks.
Marian Yvette (Brooks) Zachery entered into the hands of Jesus on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at East Alabama Medical Center, Opelika, AL.
To continue to cherish her memories, a devoted son, Mr. Kendall O’Brien Holley, a devoted daughter, Shlonda Lea Zachery. 2 precious grand daughters: Ralyn (Ba-Ba) Russell and Raven (Itty) Russell. 5 sisters: Carrie (Johnnie) Brown, Fayetteville, NC; Catherine Odem, Columbus, OH; Janice (Rickey) Robinson, Alexander City, AL; Sonya Maxwell (Twin); Kenneth Maxwell, Alexander City, AL; Darnetta (Timothy) Jones Bolingbrook, IL. 2 brothers: Willie Frank Brooks Jr. (Brenda), Alexander City, AL. and Kenneth Lee Brooks (Erika), Alexander City, AL. 1 uncle, Johnny Morris Brooks, Alexander City, AL. 3 aunts: Frankie Higgins, Alexander City, AL, Earline Mason, Cleveland, OH and Helen Brooks, Alexander City, AL. A host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
