Mrs. Daisy Pearl Lawson Smith of Alexander City, Alabama, was born February 25, 1962 to the late Bessie Pearl Lawson & Paul Lawson Sr.
She was a member of Rocky Mountain Baptist Church.
She departed this life on Wednesday October 15, 2025 at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL.
She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Smith; her parents; three brothers: Paul Lawson Jr., James Lawson, & Al Lawson; three sisters: Bobbie Eprahiam, Betty Jo Lawson, & Beverly Ann Lawson.
Her precious memories will be cherished by her daughters, Jessica (Johnathan) Kennedy & Telainda Wilson; three sons: Byron Lawson, Marcus (Letisha) Lawson, & Dusty (Melissa) Lawson; Grandchildren: Yasmine Whetstone, Myles Whetstone, Justavious Whetstone, Paris Lawson, Marcus Lawson, Cameron Lawson, Ava Grace Lawson, Ladasia Lawson, Coby Lawson, & Will Wright;Two brothers Tommy Lawson & John Wayne Lawson; Two sisters-in-law, Becky Lawson & Sacra Lawson;A host of great grandchildren, other relatives & friends; A special friend Sank Young; God daughter, Brittany Johnson;
