He was preceded in death by his mother and a sister, Mary Alice Brooks.
Charles leaves behind to cherish his memories: a sister,Irene McKinney and a brother, Edgar McKinney both of Alexander City, AL. Caretakers who are like family, Mrs. Debra Shepard (Clyde Whetstone) of Goodwater, AL and Mr. Henry Louis Tuck of Alexander City, AL. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
