Mr. Alveston Dunn was the first child of eight, born to Major Jefferson and Ethel Lee Dunn on September 26, 1931 in Zana, Alabama.
Alveston was a loyal truck driver for more than fifty years withRussell Pipe and Foundry Company.
Alveston was a father figure, a brother and a special uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Major Dunn, his mother Ethel Dunn; sisters Essie Mae Blue, Smithie Lee. Graham, Inell Dunn Holley; brothers, Johnny Lee Dunn and Jimmy Dunn.
He leaves to cherish his memory a sister and brother-in-law.Ola Parker Traylor and Apostle W. T. Traylor and a brother, Willie James Dunn, a special nephew (caretaker) Wayne Blue, a special friend Mr. Joe Ennis Berry and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
