Sister Edlink expressed her belief in Jesus Christ at age fourteen, and became a Baptized Born Again Christian. She moved to Alexander City, Alabama over 75 years ago, and as a Christian, united with Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church and remained an active member until her health declined.  She loved singing in the Church Choir and traveling with the group and preparing meals for special events.

She was a twelve year Retiree from Russell Manufacturing Company’s Battery Department.

She loved helping others and those in need.  She volunteered and donated to various organizations all through her adult life.  She was definitely a giver and passed that tradition on down to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
