Mr. Kerry Joe (K-Man) Pitts was born on May 17, 1961 in Tallapoosa County,Alabama to the late Bernice Pitts.
Kerry accepted Christ at an early age and united with the New Adka Baptist Church in Dadeville, AL and later united with the Sardis Baptist Church, Dadeville, AL. He was a faithful member until his health failed him.
He was employed with Russell Corporation for over 30 years and later became a Security Guard in Auburn, AL.
Mr. Pitts leaves to cherish his great memories: A loving and dedicated wife, Valerie Robinson Pitts of Jacksons Gap, AL. Three sons Le’Corthney (Tasha) Jackson of Alexander City, AL, Airion (April) Robinson of Auburn, AL, Keirrie Marquis Pitts, Tarrance (Sonjia) Barnes and daughter Valencia Tiana Pitts both of Jacksons Gap, AL. Five grandchildren, Janiyah Jackson, Stariyonna Knight, Nyzavious Jackson, LeKingdon Jackson and Michael Jackson. One sister, Angelia France of Camp Hill, AL. A Loving Mother-In-Law – Mrs. Virginia Robinson, Jacksons Gap, AL. Sister-In-Law – Mrs. Deirtra Travis, Tuskegee, AL. Two Aunts – Mrs. Betty Warner of Knightdale, North Carolina and Mrs. Lonnie M. Curry, Dadeville, AL. Three Uncles: Mr. Curtis Pitts, Knightdale, North Carolina and Mr. Moses Pitts of Kansas City, Kansas and Mr. Willie Frank Wyckoff of Dadeville, AL. Five loving Nieces: Mrs. Marcia Wyckoff of Dadeville, AL. Mrs. Olivia Frances Bush of Trinity, AL, Mrs. Jackie Clark of Athens, AL, Mrs. Allison Bush of Decatur, AL. and Miss Tomeya Travis of Tuskegee, AL. Three nephews: Rev. Conley Bush of Moulton, AL, Mr. Claude Travis and Alfred J. Travis, II both of Tuskegee, AL. A host of loving cousins, other relatives and friends.
