A Season To Be Born 

Sister Louise M. Brooks was born to the late Homer and Dallie Mae Massengale on January 30, 1946 she transitioned into a state of rest August 26, 2018.

A Season To Learn 

She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age at Marietta Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as Assistant Sunday School Superintendent, Vocational Bible School member  Pastor's Aide and member of the Church Choir. Her passion was sharing the love of Christ wherever she went. She was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Leslie Brooks Jr.

A Season To Mourn 

She had Nine (9) siblings to precede her in death:  Doris Rowe, Lora B. Kelly, Bonnie Ceila Massengale, Billy Massengale, John L. Massengale, J.W. Massengale, Sara Smith, Henry Massengale and Betty Wilson.

And Reached The Hearts Of Many 

 A Season To Cherish

She leaves to cherish her memories, Three (3) children:  Carmen Gaddis (Mark), Alexander City, Alabama, Karen Massengale , Alexander City, Alabama, Keith Massengale (Chanon) Greenville, North Carolina.  Three Sisters: Emma Howard (Carl), Springfield, Massachusetts, Malinda Alexander, Montgomery, Alabama,  Rosetta Banks, Columbus, Georgia.  Two Brothers: Homer Louis Massengale Goodwater, Alabama, Walter Massengale, Goodwater, Alabama.  Uncle James Smith (Teresa) Springfield, Ohio.  Sister-in-law: Peggy Massengale,  Alexander City, Alabama. Brother-in-law: Greg Wilson, Goodwater, Alabama.

Grandchildren: Corey Massengale (Fiancée  LaToya) Savannah, Georgia, Conesha Kelley, Savannah, Georgia, Markeious Massengale (Fiancée  Kristy) Alexander City, Alabama, Ebone Shaw, San Antonio, Texas, Jaquitte McLaughlin, Alexia Massengale, Jordan Alston, Maliyah Alston. Arroney Duncan, Joshua Holifield, Ambria Holifield, Kaniya Welcher, Freddie Brooks Jr., Temika Brooks, Quwanza Brooks, Mary Ashley Brooks, Alexander City, Alabama.

Great Grand Children: Elijah Massengale,  Caleb Massengale,  Darius Massengale, Coriya Massengale, Emmanuel Massengale, Carter Kelley, Levi Williams, Aniyah Holifield, Alicea Holifield, Amia Holifield, Aliyah Holifield, Ayden Holifield, Charles A. Ford,. Kaleb Slaughter, Kaleah Slaughter, Brianna Slaughter.

Special Friends: Larry Welcher, Maedell Tuck, Vickie Hunter, and Hope Massengale. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
